You are confined to a narrow ring-shaped arena while enemies swarm in from all directions. Your weapons fire automatically; your job is to weave through the chaos to dodge damage and gather experience.
Eliminate monsters to fill your progress bar. Before a tougher wave begins, you’ll get to choose one of several random upgrade cards.
WASD: Move nimbly around the battlefield.
1–4: Press the corresponding number key to select an upgrade card.
Space: Reroll the card selection if no suitable options appear.
Tab: Toggle the character stats panel.
Esc: Pause the game.
Don't just pick cards randomly. Try to mix elemental effects. High-volume fire, especially when paired with Chain Lightning or Poison Damage, can set off huge chain reactions, wiping out big groups of adversaries.
In later rounds squandering an upgrade slot on a meaningless skill could mean your death. Feel free to use the Reroll option to get the core cards you need to build ultimate power. Earn stars on each playthrough to gain permanent gear. Prioritise balancing your Attack and Defence stats before pouring resources into particular character skill trees.
In the compact areas of the game, the ranged attackers are the most dangerous, therefore best to knock them out early, so get moving aggressively.
